Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders placed with Direct Detail Supply are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of receipt, depending on product availability and order volume. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of your order, and delivery destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days within the contiguous U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. External factors such as weather, customs delays, or shipping carrier issues may affect delivery timeframes.

3. Shipping Methods

We use a variety of trusted carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Other regional carriers (as needed)

You will receive tracking information once your order ships, and can monitor its progress through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Certain heavy or oversized items may require additional shipping fees, which will be communicated to you at checkout.

5. Free Shipping Promotions

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. Free shipping will only apply to standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. and is subject to specific terms and conditions.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
